- Prepayment Penalties: Flexible options (1-3 years) as permitted by state law
- Eligibility & Restrictions:
- Minimum FICO: 640
- Up to 20 financed properties allowed
- First-time homebuyers and manufactured homes are not eligible
- Not available in West Virginia or for Texas 50(a)(6) loans
- Cash-Out Limits: Max $1,000,000, not usable as reserves
